When you register with Modern Paints we collect your name, mobile number, email address, and business details you provide such as address, city, state, pincode and GSTIN.

We also store the enquiries you raise, the quotations we issue against them, and any payment screenshots or UTR references you upload for order verification.

Your details are used to verify and approve your account, prepare quotations, coordinate delivery, and communicate with you about your enquiries and orders via phone, WhatsApp or email.

Payment screenshots are used solely to verify UPI payments against your quotations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. Your data is only accessible to authorised Modern Paints staff who manage accounts, quotations and payments.

Data is stored securely on our cloud backend with access controls so that each customer can only see their own information.

You may update your account details at any time by contacting our store, and you can permanently delete your account and associated profile data from the My Account screen in the app.

Deleting your account removes your profile immediately. Enquiry and payment records already processed may be retained as required for our business and tax records.
